After 32 years working in the NHS as a Registered Nurse, Caroline established the her first residential care home in 1997. It is her responsibility and goal to ensure both Chaseside Care Home and Rossendale Nursing Home provide a high quality and comprehensive service for those suffering from all stages of Dementia.

​Staff Training and Qualifications

Rossendale ensures the quality of service it provides by operating comprehensive training and development programmes for all of its staff including regular assessment and ongoing qualification achievements.

Caroline Taylforth, is supported by Norman Kampiyawo a highly trained, Clinical skilled nurse awaiting CQC registration to replace her as the Registered Nurse Manager of Rossendale Nursing Home.

Members of our team of Senior Carers, which include 5 registered RGNs and a RMN, are always on duty and all of our Carers are qualified to NVQ Level ll and Level lll and have Diplomas in Health and Social Care.​
